This document describes the privacy policy for the website https://aquatec.in.ua (the “Site”) of the Charitable Organization “Aquatec-Ukraine Charity Fund” (the “Fund”). It explains what types of information may be collected and stored on the Site and how this information may be used and disclosed.

Collection and use of personal data

Personal data means information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified.

We collect information about you only if you voluntarily provide it or clearly consent to its provision and/or use.

You may be asked to enter personal data for registration purposes. The Fund may store connection information, traffic, date and time and duration of your sessions on the Site.

Personal data is used to enable information exchange, advertising and communications in accordance with applicable Ukrainian laws on data protection, information, advertising, telecommunications, entrepreneurship, and information security standards.

Personal data may be stored for up to 3 years.

The Site logs your domain name or IP address, access date, requested files (filename and URL), HTTP response code, the referring website, and the amount of bytes transferred. Cookies are used to support security features and detect policy violations.

We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated visit statistics (visited pages, pageviews, downloads, ISP domains, countries of origin, referrers, etc.). These actions are not linked to you personally and are measured only in aggregate.

Automatic collection and use of information

The following information is collected and stored automatically:

  • domain name or IP address used to access the Site;
  • browser type and operating system;
  • date and time of the visit;
  • pages viewed;
  • referring site address if you followed a link.

Traffic, email, and on-site activity data are protected under law. Fund staff cannot unlawfully interfere with telecommunications secrecy.

We may disclose personal information at the request of law-enforcement authorities, by court order, or other lawful demand in accordance with Ukrainian law.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or any damages arising from the use of the Site. You use the Site at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the Fund nor any party involved in creating or operating the Site shall be liable for direct or indirect damages.

We do not guarantee that use of materials on the Site will not infringe third-party interests.

All rights to the Site content belong to the Fund or are used with permission. The Site and its elements are protected by Ukrainian and international IP laws.

You must not distribute, modify, transmit or reuse any information from the Site for public or commercial purposes without the Fund’s written permission. Copied materials must include an active link to the Site.

Copying for non-commercial purposes (blogs, social networks, etc.) is allowed with attribution.

Using the Site does not grant IP rights to its content, branding or logos. By visiting the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please leave the Site.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that this Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be published on this page.
